- Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch, so you know exactly when your order will arrive.
- We deliver nationwide everywhere in the United Kingdom.
- If you require delivery on a specific day, simply write this in the notes section of the order, or email us separately.
- If you have delivery instructions e.g. leave in the porch, or leave with a neighbour, please write this in the notes section when placing the order.
- If you are not home to receive the delivery, and have not left instructions for a safe place to leave the parcel, our couriers will leave a contact card through your door and re attempt delivery on the following day. You can re schedule delivery for a different date or collect from a local collection point too.
