Tracked Next Day Delivery Options
- We offer tracked Next Day Delivery everywhere in the United Kingdom for £4.95. This includes Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- Standard delivery (3-5 days) is only £3.95. This is also tracked.
- Collection from our Glastonbury head office is also available: R J Draper & Co Ltd, Chilkwell Street, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 8DB, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm, which is free of charge.
All orders are sent via a next day delivery courier service. If you require delivery on a specific day, simply write this in the notes section of the order, or email us separately.
Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched immediately for next day delivery. Orders placed after this, or on a weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day. We do not offer weekend delivery.
If after placing your order you have not received confirmation of your unique order number then please contact Packing Solution. All enquiries regarding orders made via the Packing Solution Virtual Store should include your unique order number to help us answer your enquiry. Will I be given a tracking number to track my parcel?
You will be given a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, via email, which you can use to track the delivery of your parcel online.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you in the specified delivery time. If no one is available to accept your order, they will re attempt to deliver on the following day and also leave a contact card through your door. You can contact them to re arrange delivery when it suits you best, or collect from a local depot too.
Can I leave specific delivery instructions, just in case I’m not home?
You may leave specific delivery instructions for the driver, for us to put on your parcel and to notify the courier e.g. please leave with a neighbour, or please leave in the garage or porch, or please leave at reception. Please write this in the notes section at the checkout or email us separately. We can also deliver to another address e.g. work address or friend or family member’s address.

We guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund (including your original postage costs) if you are not delighted with your purchase. Make sure that you include your full name, address and postcode together with your reason for return and your order number (postcode). We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post.
What quality are the house moving boxes?
Our cardboard boxes are all made from premium corrugated cardboard in the United Kingdom, and they are all recyclable. Double walled boxes are stronger and more durable than single walled boxes. They are used and trusted throughout the country by professional removal companies.
What if I can’t find the size of box that I need?
All of our in-stock range of boxes are shown here on our website, under the heading ‘boxes’, which are held in stock, in our warehouse, 247 and ready to be sent to you immediately. If you cannot find a size that you are looking for, we are able to produce bespoke sizes of box. Please email us for a quote. Alternatively, if you need just one or two boxes of a specific size, that we do not offer, there is another solution: our boxes will arrive flat packed, and they are joined together on one edge with glue and staples. If you simply remove the staples and glue, you will effectively have a long cardboard sheet. If you buy several boxes, this should be enough of a sheet to cover almost any item, of any size.
How do I use the website to buy house moving boxes?
Firstly, click on the heading at the top menu to view our range of boxes, moving packs, bubble wrap or accessories. Then, click on the product that you are interested in, and this will give you more detailed information about the product. You can then add the quantity that you require to your shopping basket. From here, you can choose the delivery method you require, and then proceed to checkout where you enter delivery and payment details to complete your order. It will then be dispatched and sent on it’s way to you.
How can I pay?
You can pay via credit or debit card securely on our website at the checkout stage. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron. If you collect from our Glastonbury head office, you may pay via cash or cheque too. Our payment provider is Stripe.
Do you store my credit card details, or sell my personal details?
No, absolutely not. We do not pass on any of your personal details to any third party, under the data protection act. Your personal data is only used for the processing of the order and nothing further.
How do the boxes arrive?
All boxes arrive flat packed and bundled together, wrapped in a polythene sheet so that they are waterproof in case it rains. Larger packs of boxes may arrive in two separate parcels.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
All of our cardboard is recyclable yes, and we encourage you to re use the boxes where you can. We source our products as locally as we can, and we have contracts with a local recycling company too. Our bubble wrap is also recyclable.
We can provide bespoke packaging for businesses and can offer big discounts and competitive prices. We can set up a trade credit account to allow 30 days interest free credit. Terms and Conditions
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your packaging on time, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the exact date quoted on your order. There could be a delay from the courier for example. We cannot offer compensation of any kind for late deliveries. If your order has not arrived on time, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Packing Solution will occasionally offer a promotional discount for special offers. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are in supply, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch you will be advised accordingly. On occasion, an item you’ve ordered may be backordered. We will notify you as soon as we know an item is backordered and will deliver it to you as soon as it is back in stock.
